Environmental Incentives, LLC is seeking to hire a Senior Project Design and Planning Specialist to lead efforts to enhance USAID and partners’ capacity to design and adaptively manage biodiversity and integrated conservation and development programs. The efforts will enable USAID to: 1) Build upon and improve its own technical capacity to practice adaptive management; 2) Enhance multi-actor project and program design results by incorporating a theory of change approach that clearly articulates linkages between development and biodiversity outcomes; 3) Functionally incorporate gender analysis into conservation and development interventions; and 4) Use improved results and monitoring and evaluation frameworks that identify appropriate indicators and effectively measure risks and assumptions.
